Howard Goldsobel
Howard specialises in corporate and commercial work for SMEs across a range of
sectors. His forte is effective transaction management - a "no-nonsense"
entrepreneurial approach to getting the deal done for the client. Howard also
has particular interests in organisational governance, business ethics and strategic
/change management and has acted as change adviser/facilitator in a number of
cases.
Howard is Group Company Secretary (part-time) of Colliers CRE plc, a professional
property services business quoted on the AIM of the London Stock Exchange. From
1994 to 1999 he was Group Company Secretary (part-time) of Milner Estates plc,
a property group listed on the London Stock Exchange.
MBA with distinction; admitted a solicitor 1967 (youngest in the year); a partner
at Michael Conn Goldsobel (and its predecessor firm, David Cohen & Goldsobel)
from 1969 to date; Member of the Jewish Association for Business Ethics.
